On-Site or Remote Customized Training Programs

We offer a variety of training programs, available as on-site solutions, via WebEx or through video tutorials. A pre-determined curriculum or custom solution can be requested, so as to accomodate the needs of your staff or the manner in which you utilize certain applications. For more information about our training programs to request a detailed course outline or to provide a price quote, please email training@borrowedladder.com

We also offer a support for several database solutions, both on-site and remotely, including popular products such as LexisNexis Concordance, LexisNexis CaseMap, Thomson-West LiveNote, inData's TrialDirector and Sanction II

Litigation teams, support professionals and staff are typically unable to travel as a group to receive the training that they need. We are pleased to provide an on-site, fun, educational and "hands on" series of training programs. Would you prefer to work with actual case related data? We welcome the opportunity to assist you with training on case materials you are already working with - the familiarity with the content can breed confidence when using the software after the training session has concluded. Taught by Mr. Joseph F. Ficocello, a TrialDirector Certified Trainer, Concordance Certified Software Administrator (CCSA) and LexisNexis CaseMap Certified Trainer, he is able to offer almost a decade's worth of litigation experience within a classroom environment.
